Parcel - Delivery Tracking App Reviews

It’s not the flashiest app that exists and doesn’t have the most beatiful design, but it’s simple and it works well. If you frequently send / receive stuff, this app will let you keep track of your shipments with no fuss, no muss. Easily worth the subscrption price for the extra premium features, but the app is still useful in its free version.

I’ve been ordering alot of parts lately for a gaming PC I’ve put together. I’ve been using Parcel through the entire process, tracking packages from USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Fedex and Purolator. Although I only stuck with the free version, I rotated the packages through parcel, tracking the 3 closest to being delivered. Unfortunately most of the packages don’t update all the time. I’m currently tracking a package from Purolator, and I’ve been checking the tracking site randomly and noticed an update happened a few hours ago, but parcel is not updating, even when I manually hit the refresh button. This isn’t an isolated incident either. When i was tracking other packages last month the same thing would happen, where the tracking info updates on the UPS or fedex sites, but not in parcel. To force an update, I would either delete the package, create a new package and reenter the tracking number and it would update. Another way would be to update the tracking number (add another character at the end), save and update, then edit it again and remove the extra character, and it would update. Again, this is an ok app. It has a great design and idea, but it’s not updating properly.

The first app I tried for this work. I won’t go looking for another . This is all I need!!

As a business owner who needs to know when stuff is coming in and arriving this APP is a no brainer!

This app works great. I have had no problem tracking Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and others. I just renewed for a second year on my own option as the app does not auto renew. The mac/iphone sync is a killer feature. Auto detect shipper from your clipboard is a killer feature. As in kiiled my interest in looking for another shipment tracking app.

For a small online business this is a great application to use. How many times do you get emails from customers asking about the status of their shipped order? Well, Parcel let’s you check and respond quickly with tracking and delivery updates.

This is an awesome app, I use it all the time, I never miss a parcel anymore. Thanks for such a great app!

Saves time by tracking UPS, FedEx, and CanadaPost all at the same time and updating automatically! SOOO good if you have multiple parcels coming. I dont often upgrade to paid versions of App Store applications but this one is totally worth it. If you buy the upgrade (for a year) it also upgrades the matching iOS app and syncs your parcel info! LOVE IT!!

I’ve been using the free version for a while and that alone has been incredible. Just upgraded to support the developers/say thanks. This has been amazing for me as I live near my office so I can run home and catch my delivery just in time and on a consistent basis. Also noticed that there’s push notification for the premium version, so i’m looking forward to seeing them in action. This is a must-have app for anyone doing online shopping or recieving packages on a regular basis.

I love this app. So clever and intuitive.

I live in Mexico and find this app great to track parcels from multiple carriers. I’ve yet to find on that Parcel hasnt been able to track.

overall its the best app works with iphone iwatch ipad, apple computer and its has a periodic synce these are the best parcel app could deliver. The one thing i hope Customer service gets to see and fix is adding more INFO on the package whe using online tracking from a product being shipped internationaly from US to Canada. Apart that everything is more thrn i an askfor

Must have app for business owners who have large volume of shipments.

So simple in usage, effective in application. Can’t wait for things like notification-centre-push, but already auto-reads tracking numbers from clipboard… love this app! (Not paid for this review, and only personal online-shopping, not business)

Simple and reliable. Been using this for over a year and it works great for all my tracking. Push notifications are nice. The best tracking app IMO.

I’m frequenly ordering form Amazon and this app makes things simple for me. - I copy a tracking number. - Open the app - It grabs the copied code and spits out tracking info - As the item reaches different centres etc I get push alerts (including the final arrival) They make the experience very simple and having the additional transit details is quite useful. Syncs up nicely with my iPhone app. Been using it for two years now. The in app purchase is so cheap ($2.50 for the year) that you can’t go wrong.

WORKS AS SAID NO PROBLEMS UP TO DATE INFO

Great app, but here are my problems with it: The refresh button does not seems to fetch from the “shipping company” site, but only form the Parcel app server which are updated who knows when. I say this because the app lag behind for about an hour comparing to the shipping company tracking tool (for purolator at least). My other problem is the premium subscription. Having to create an account is annoying. I don’t really care about the subscription cost or one time vs per year, but I don’t want to create an account.

I’ve used this app for about 2.5 years now on my Macbook and iPhone, I love how its connected so if i entered the tracking on one device its easily available on the other! I wish there was a right click option on the app (macbook) that takes me to the shipping company directly. Sometimes the actual site has side notes and I just end up googling the site. Other than that it updates fairly quickly and if not, I do like the slide down motion to refresh. Straight forward and easily editable!
