Parcel - Delivery Tracking App Reviews

I have tried several apps for this purpose & this one is by far the most accurate. It is also very easy to use. Copy the tracking info, open the app, then click the + icon, & most of the time all else is automatic. You can also label ea. one so if you have several at a time you can tell them apart from ea. other w/o having to open ea. one individually. Great app!

I first started using the mobile app years ago when I was a power seller on eBay, it was simple and accurate, and I could customize alerts. I just got a new iMac and was adding the Parcel website as a browser bookmark when I discovered the Mac version of the app existed. Didn’t know there was any way to make this app more useful, so awesome surprise! Don’t bother looking at other similar apps, this is the best one by far.

This app has been wonderful. Being able to track multiple packages from multiple carriers in one place has been great. This has saved me tons of time and effort. Easy to use and a must have in my book. This app keeps getting better in my opinion with each update. I honestly would not know what to do without it. I even had a delivery coming from a foreign post service I had never heard of and this app was able to track it.

I order so much stuff from so many different places. Parcel makes it so easy to track them all from any device!

So many delivery service options, including many in Japan. Yamato, JPost, Sagawa among others. Definitely recommend for other english speakers living in Japan.

What can I say? Does what it says on the tin. I wish the design can be more modern and visual, but I am nitpicking. Syncing between the Mac client and iOS client works without a hitch, which is most of what I care about.

Ive been using Parcel for a while, originally just on iOS, then picked up the macOS app a few months back. I work from home and end up ordering a lot of stuff for delivery, and this makes it easy to keep track of where everything is, and having it sync between my desktop and phone is great. Perfect, simple app.

Does exactly what it’s meant to do. Easy to use and works without fail.

While it works as advertised, it gets super useful if you need to track packages from multiple vendors and carriers. Keeps everything in one place and - is automatically added to the right-click context menu if you right-click a tracking number. Sweet.

It’s simple, easy to use, no clutter, just a delight to use — I only wish all apps made this way. oh, one more thing - it’s also accurate!

Parcel is extremely solid and reliable on both Mac and iOS devices.

I recently purchased a new Mac and was having trouble recovering my subscription. I emailed customer service and they responded in MINUTES! The issue took a few more emails but my problem was resolved in a day.

I have a premium subscription but I am limited to 50 trackers at a time. Not enough!

It does the job. It is gathering data from the website of the different delivery services (UPS, DHL, etc..) It avoids wasting time going to websites. But the free version does not update automatically. Maybe inApp purchase does it.

As encomendas entregues não deveriam contar no número de encomendas que podem ser rastreadas. Isso faz com que tenha-se que apagar registros anteriores para continuar usando o aplicativo. Por favor, desenvolvedores, resolvam isso. Parcels that were already delivered count as active, so they add to the 50 items limit, which is absurd. Every time I need to track a new parcel, I have to delete old ones (that are very usefull to keep, even after delivered.). Since delivered parcels don’t use their server resources, the 50 items limit should be valid ONLY to UNDELIVERED ITEMS!

Once registered, it is a good and handy app. Why does it have to be so ugly? I don’t need the orange colours. Would be nicer in a neutral UI like any other app on OS X, or if has to have an own UI, then please make it good looking ;-)

This is the best app I came across so far for tracking parcels. The strength is it covers a lot of different carriers including a few which are not common to english speakers. For example, it can even track some domestic Japanese carriers who only deliver goods locally within Japan. Besides, the tracking status update is quite seamless. I am using both the Mac and the iOS versions on multiple devices (ipad, iphone, MBP & MBA) and the work fine. I used to have another app(forgot what is called and interesting couldnt find it under the "not in iPhone" list) that was also able to sync the tracking on all devices but it always gave errors. After a while it stopped working. I hope Parcel can keep the momentum for quality and reliable tracking info. Thanks.

Yearly fee for features that one can get from competitors who’ve been offering the same service for years. I downloaded this based upon all the positive comments however I didn’t notice the yearly subscription fee for the more advanced features which are standard with the June Cloud product which I’ve used for years. The only difference I can see is that the June Cloud product is a widget on the mac (which is why I thought I would try this out). The June Cloud iPhone app and widget work brilliantly together. I cannot say that I’ve used this program as I deleted it before installing it complete (why bother). It may have more couriers but June Cloud covers most of the majors.
